are in and installed. If you didn't know, they are required if you want to pass inspection. Who knew? I thought it was more of an option. Ryan thinks they are pointless and don't work anyway. If didn't have to, he would never install the stupid things... He worked on other stuff too, but he said I would never know the difference. He is probably right! I just point out the obvious...
