First Draw Finishes…

We take out draws in order to pay what has been purchased, supplied, subbed out, etc. In order to get paid though, we have to have what we want paid at the time COMPLETE. Then our HUD guy, Kurt comes out to verify work and then sign off our request and send the paperwork to the bank saying the work is complete and legit. Quite the pain, but that is how it has to be done. For instance in order to get paid for the roof it has to be finished which…it is now! It looks great!

Also, all three of our Exterior doors are now installed and I love them!

All the hard work is starting to pay off, the suppliers and few subs anyway! Wahoo!
